Bassingham Bridge Club Annual Dinner

The Bassingham Bridge Club Annual Dinner will take place at Newark Golf Club on Friday, April 26th, 7 pm for 7.30pm. The price remains at £20 per head. Either let me know your choices by email or at one of the bridge sessions, when a copy of the menu will be available.

Starters:

Ham Hock Terrine, piccalilli & heritage tomato salad

Broccoli & stilton soup served with wholemeal bread

Mackerel pate, confit pear & crustini

Mains:

Chicken supreme, roasted garlic mash, saute baby leek & wild mushroom sauce (GF)

Blackened mackerel fillet, crushed new potatoes, pan fried spring greens, burre blanc sauce

Brie,walnut and beetroot wellington, roasted garlic mash, ratatouille, mushroom sauce (V)

Desserts:

white chocolate box, raspberry sorbet

Summer fruits pudding, vanilla bean ice cream

plum clafotis, creme anglaise
