Presentation of cheque
On behalf of the committee I would like to thank everyone who contributed in any way to the successful charity bridge day last Friday. Barry has now provided me with a final total of monies raised which comes to £1350. In addition to this Anne’s husband, David, has made a contribution of £250, so we will be handing over a cheque for £1600.
The presentation of this cheque will be made to David, from St Barnabas Hospice this Thursday 12th September at 6.45 pm prior to the start of Bridge. Dave Lanes will also be there.
It would be nice to have everyone there for this presentation.
